Glenarm Forest Walk

Meeting Place – Car Park , turn right at roundabout in village, past Church of Ireland, car park is on right hand side on seashore.

Meeting Time – 11.00am

Walk Length – Approx 4 miles

Walk Details

From car park we will walk back into Glenarm , along the main street to the forest park entrance.

We will then follow the woodland trail , parts of which are fairly steep in places but we can have stops for people to catch their breath. The paths are the usual forest  type, but may be a bit muddy in places if the weather has been wet. The trail is a circular path and ends up following the river.

We will then walk to Glenarm Castle Grounds for lunch.

Lunch – café in Glenarm Castle Grounds

Toilets are available at the car park and at the café.
