BROUGHSHANE RIVER WALK – Friday 24th May

Walk Leaders Richard and Pamela Robinson.

Walk is approximately 3miles and takes about 1 hour.

Leave Whitehead 8.45 am,C/Fergus 8.51 am,Trooperslane 8.59 am.

 Change Yorkgate.Train Platform 2    9.24 am to Ballymena.

 Mossley West 9.33 am arrive Ballymena 9.59am.

 Bus 128 a or b at 10.25am to Raceview Mill Broughshane arriving at 10.39am.

A meeting point – Entrance to Raceview Mill at 11am.

There is parking here for anyone travelling by car.

Walk mainly on paths maybe muddy on wet days.

 Lunch at The Thatch Inn Main Street Broughshane.  Arrival at 12 for lunch.

Time to shop and see Village for approximately 1hour.

 Return

Bus 128 a or b 3.29pm to Ballymena Train Station arriving at 3.45pm.

 4.00pm Train to Belfast.

 Toilets at Ballymena Train Station and Bus Station,The Thatch Inn.
