IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR WALK LEADERS
1] Walk Leaders are asked to pick up and return the rucksack, containing first aid kit, notebook, contact information etc, from/ to the office in Nelson Street so that it will be available for the next Leader to collect and so ensure that both the short and long walk leaders will be able to access it. To comply with General Data Protection Regulations it is important that the personal information kept in the rucksack is stored correctly and returning the rucksack to the office removes that responsibility from the individual leader.
2] Please could you ensure that a description of the walk and all relevant details regarding travel arrangements, leader’s contact number etc, are forwarded to the webmaster 3-4 weeks before each walk. If possible use the blank document provided ( Walk Details ) in order to maintain consistency in presentation and content. If you do not have a computer please give me a handwritten copy and I will type it up and forward to the webmaster.
