Day/Time:  Field trips once per season 

When the group was set up, the objective was to have a field trip in each of the four seasons, to give participants a flavour of what bird life is to be seen locally. However, as the restrictions came into play, meetings were curtailed. I then decided to try to keep the group engaged by writing regular reports about what birds were to be seen and what I was seeing in my local patch. I have given the group access to some high-quality presentations by the RSPB and other organisations via Zoom. Hopefully these will continue until such times as we can begin to get out and about again. The Zoom presentations are recorded
