Whitehead Railway Museum

We had a very enjoyable day, thanks to David who arranged this outing to the railway museum at Whitehead.

We were made very welcome by the staff who gave a interesting tour. We then had lunch in the Dining car, which was really enjoyable and I would recommend that anyone in Whitehead looking for a nice lunch try it for themselves.

The only disappointment of the day, was that David was not able to join us as Margaret was in hospital. I am pleased to let everyone know all is well with her.

Last but not least we have to thank Bill for stepping in for David.
